Most of our pieces are made to order, meaning they are created specifically for each client rather than pre-produced.
2. Made-to-Order Policy
At Pearlstone Vogue, each piece from our collection is thoughtfully crafted with intention and care. All items are made to order, meaning they are not pre-produced or stocked.
Once your order is placed, your garment is created specifically for you, tailored to your selected size or provided measurements. This allows us to ensure a more personalised fit while maintaining the highest level of quality and detail.
Kindly allow 7-14 working days for production and processing before your order is ready for dispatch. Delivery timelines will begin after this production period.
We appreciate your patience and understanding, as this process enables us to deliver pieces that are uniquely made for you.
3. Use of Our Website
By using our website, you agree that:
– All information provided is accurate and complete
– You will not use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access if these terms are violated.
4. Our Products & Services
Made-to-Order & Bespoke
Our core offerings are made-to-order and bespoke pieces. Each garment is produced specifically for you, either based on standard sizing or your provided measurements.
Ready-to-Wear
Selected ready-to-wear pieces may be available in limited quantities and can be dispatched based on availability.
5. Orders & Payment
Bespoke Orders
– A minimum 70% non-refundable deposit is required to begin production
– Full payment must be completed before dispatch or delivery
– Production starts only after payment confirmation
Made-to-Order and Ready-to-Wear Orders
– Full payment is required before processing and dispatch
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders where necessary.
6. Measurements & Fittings
Clients are responsible for providing accurate measurements where required.
Pearlstone Vogue is not liable for fitting issues resulting from incorrect measurements. However, reasonable adjustments may be offered where possible.
7. Production Timeline
Production timelines may vary depending on design complexity, fabric availability, and current workload.
While we aim to meet all timelines, occasional delays may occur. In such cases, we will communicate promptly.
Rush orders may be accommodated at an additional cost, subject to availability.
8. Pricing
All prices are listed in NGN and may change without prior notice.
Bespoke pricing is determined by:
– Design complexity
– Fabric selection
– Embellishments and finishing
– Custom detailing
Final pricing will always be confirmed before production begins.
9. Shipping & Delivery
We offer both local and international delivery.
Please note:
– Delivery timelines begin after production is completed
– Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary
– Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details
Once an order has been delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer.
10. Returns, Exchanges & Adjustments
Ready-to-Wear
Eligible for exchange within 10 working days if:
– Item is unworn and in original condition
Refunds are not offered. Approved returns will be exchanged or issued as store credit.
Made-to-Order & Bespoke
Due to the personalised nature of these pieces:
– Items are non-refundable and non-returnable
Adjustments may be offered where necessary.
11. Order Cancellations
– Ready-to-wear orders may be cancelled before processing begins
– Made-to-order and bespoke orders cannot be cancelled once production has started
– Deposits are non-refundable
12. Intellectual Property
All designs, images, and content remain the property of Pearlstone Vogue and may not be used without permission.
13. Limitation of Liability
Pearlstone Vogue is not liable for:
– Delays caused by third-party logistics providers
– Issues arising from incorrect customer information
Liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our website indicates acceptance of any changes.
